A Trusted Space for Caregiver Connection

We invite a limited number of local, caregiver-aligned organizations to participate as Community Resource Partners for this free education event.

This is a calm, relationship-focused environment designed to support families navigating brain change — not a sales expo.

If your organization provides meaningful services to older adults, individuals living with dementia, or their care partners, we would love to connect.

What This Event Is

A supportive, skill-building day for:

• Family care partners
• Spouses
• Adult children
• Friends supporting someone living with dementia

Attendees are seeking education, clarity, and trusted local resources.

Community Resource Partner Table

$100 Participation Fee

Includes:

One 6-foot table + chairs
Presence for the full event
Brief introduction during the program
Inclusion in our Vendor Passport activity
Opportunity to connect during structured resource time

We ask all partners to remain for the full event (10:00 AM–2:00 PM) to support continuity and meaningful caregiver connection.

Set-Up: 8:30–9:30 AM
Event: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Breakdown: 2:00–2:30 PM

Space is limited and curated intentionally.

Caregiver-Centered Expectations

To protect families and honor the church venue, partners agree to:

Keep interactions resource-focused (no high-pressure sales)
Maintain a calm and professional booth presentation
Be respectful and appropriate for caregivers
Follow all venue policies and event staff guidance
This event prioritizes dignity, safety, and compassionate connection.
