We know you may have questions. Here are answers to some common queries about our dementia care consulting and training services.

How can I get help any time day or night?

We are incredibly grateful for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Helpline, available around the clock. If you’re feeling overwhelmed at 3 a.m., reach out to them. If you find a moment at 11 p.m. to inquire about support groups, don’t hesitate to call. They are always ready to listen and assist you. Contact them at 800-272-3900 or visit their website for an instant chat: Alzheimer’s Helpline

How can I take care of myself and my loved one?

Taking care of yourself is essential, especially when you’re a care partner. This role can be exhausting, and seeking help along the way is crucial. You’ll soon discover which friends and family members are there to support you, but you will need a broader support network. Fortunately, there are numerous support groups available, many of which are currently offered via Zoom, making it more convenient for care partners. If you would like more information please feel free to email.

What does a 1 hour consult entail?

During one-hour consultations, I assist individuals in understanding their loved one’s current situation and strengths. Together, we explore how to complement clinical support with effective communication techniques and engagement resources, enhancing the quality of life for everyone.
